Strictly 1 item per customer (example: 1 Selfie Ring Light, 1 USB Cable, 1 Pop Socket, 1 IP Camera etc. will be sold to one customer)

Items are available on a limited quantity of stock, which is allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

16th Birthday R16 Sale” items cost R16 each.

All Birthday specials will run till 30th November 2020.

Items can be delivered to anywhere within South Africa for an additional fee. Small multiple items up to 5kg R149. Large multiple items up to 5kg R199.

North Coast Cellular reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the 16th Birthday Sale at its sole discretion.

If there is any issue with a repair/product/service please inform us immediately via email/telephone/whatsapp/sms. We will try and resolve it quickly and efficiently. Good customer service is paramount to us.

All waterproof/water resistant Devices (examples but not limited to: Smartphones, Tablets, Smart Watches, Bluetooth Speakers, Headsets) repaired will not be waterproof/water resistant thereafter.

Our full money back guarantee on repairs is valid within the warranty period only. If you are unhappy with the repair done on your device we will gladly refund the full amount via EFT within 48 hours after we have removed the part/s fitted. We will need the device in store to remove the part/s. 

In order for us to fully test a device prior repairing/quoting we require access to it. Lock codes/passwords/pattern locks need to be removed/switched off. If there is sensitive info on the device then it should be backed up, erased and then booked in with us. If you require us to repair the device with a lock on it, we will not be held responsible for any other faults as we cannot fully test the device before the repair & after the repair has been done. There will be a labour charge to assess the device if another fault is detected after the device has been closed up.

Accessories (battery, charger, micro SD card, etc.) must not be booked-in with the device unless it is required during the repair process. We will not be held responsible for any loss of SIM card, battery, charger or any other accessory booked in unnecessarily.

We will not be held responsible for loss due to theft or damage due to natural causes eg: fire, lightening, floods. All devices left at the owner’s risk.

Devices not collected within 30 days of the 1st collection notification will be sold to defray costs.

We will not be held responsible for loss of data. Even if we do a backup we cannot guarantee that everything will be saved.

If someone is collecting anything on behalf of you, we require prior notice via email or telephone call & they must produce their ID.

Goods paid for via EFT will be released once we have received cleared payment.

No cheques accepted and no credit is offered.

Payment must be made for repairs done. We are not responsible for other faults eg: device being blacklisted.

When dealing with any repair/sale/service we will need one contact person which we will communicate via email/sms/telephone/whatsapp. Dealing with 2 or more people causes communication problems and ends up with huge delays in service.

Job Cards/lnvoices must be produced when collecting/querying for any device/service.

Warranty Period:
Repairs/Liquid Damage/Accessories: 3 months
Screen replacements: 3 to 6 months
Battery: 6 months
New devices purchased: 12 to 24 months
Used/Refurbished devices purchased: 6 months

Your warranty will be voided if your device is damaged/tampered with. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Physical damage and/or misuse or abuse, liquid damage. Dents, chips, cracks, scratches are signs of physical damage.
2. Any device that has incurred liquid damage or that has been repaired by a third party, after we have repaired it.
3. Our warranty seals have been tampered with or removed Warranty covers only the parts that we replace.

Purchase Policy

When you make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to the refund of monies that you paid by either credit card or any other way as agreed by us are limited by our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for any item it is deemed that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. Do not purchase anything if you do not fully understand and/or agree to our terms and conditions. If you are unsure or have any questions feel free to contact us prior making payment.
If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will need to advise us in writing of such cancellation which must be done by the person who made the purchase. A handling fee of 15% will be against the total order value.


We currently only ship within South Africa. Our preferred shipping method is Ram Couriers who will deliver directly to your home or office saving you time and money. Tracking number is provided. A 3% insurance fee is optional.
Alternate shipping method is South African Post Office. You will be liable to collect from your local Post Office. No tracking number provided. A 3% insurance fee is optional.
Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are NOT processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays. In the event of delays every effort will be made to contact you by phone, email or sms. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or substitute to another item or cancel your order.

Warranty & Return Policy – Devices (Cellphones, Tablets, iPads)

All new devices carry a 1 or 2 year warranty. Some items can be taken directly to their respective service agents in South Africa. Our invoice will indicate so. All other devices must be returned to us and we will send it to the appropriate supplier for repairs or for an exchange. You will be liable for delivery costs.

All refurbished, used or second hand devices carry a minimum of 6 months warranty. At times it will still be under warranty with the manufacturer and can be sent directly to them. Our invoice will indicate so. If not, devices must be returned to us for repairs. You will be liable for delivery costs.

In the unlikely event a new or refurbished device is faulty within 7 days of you receiving it then we will arrange for collection and delivery at our cost.

If returning any item make sure it’s packaged with the original packaging if possible and where it will not get damaged during shipping. We will not be held responsible if items are damaged during shipping.

Warranty & Return Policy – Spare Parts

All spare parts come with a 3 month warranty. All parts are tested before shipping. If the part has physical damage then the warranty will be voided and it will not be exchanged or refunded.
If returning any item make sure it’s packaged with the original packaging if possible and where it will not get damaged during shipping. We will not be held responsible if items are damaged during shipping.

Terms of Use Of Website

North Coast Cellular provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”). In addition, when you use any of North Coast Cellular services (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, terms, policies, guidelines and conditions applicable to such services, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. North Coast Cellular reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time or discretion.

Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.

Use of Site:

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, North Coast Cellular hereby grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site, obtaining quotations, viewing of information and videos, downloading and use if its picture profile/memes. It is not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by North Coast Cellular in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
Except as permitted in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by North Coast Cellular in writing. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business unless explicitly permitted by North Coast Cellular in advance. North Coast Cellular reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if North Coast Cellular believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to North Coast Cellular’s interests.

You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that

(a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person;

(b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under South African or international law; or

(c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties. North Coast Cellular may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and North Coast Cellular has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of the Site.

You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify North Coast Cellular of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site’s security.

Typographical Errors

While North Coast Cellular strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at with incorrect information or an incorrect price due to an error in pricing or product information, North Coast Cellular shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, North Coast Cellular may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose your personal or financial information to anyone, except in the following specific situation:

Third-party service providers: Like most online retailers, we sometimes use third-party service providers to perform specific functions on our behalf. Any information disclosed to them is solely to help in their provision of service. For example, we provide your name, shipping address, email and phone number to partners such as Ram Couriers or the South African Post office in order to guarantee delivery of your orders, and we may use relevant customer information in order to monitor the quality of the third party’s service.

Legal requirement to disclose information: We may be required to disclose information if subpoenaed, served with a court order or requested by law-enforcement officials conducting investigations, or if we are otherwise required by law to disclose such information. We will also release personal information when necessary to protect our legal rights or enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud, or to prevent fraud by users who attempt fraud or other illegal activity on our Site.
